Originally a top-floor apartment, we successfully secured planning approval to transform it into a breathtaking penthouse.

Blending timeless elegance with natural materials, we crafted an airy, sophisticated retreat. The design features polished concrete floors and walls, recycled glass mosaic accents, and a coconut mosaic kitchen worktop, adding unique texture and warmth. Light, natural furnishings in rattan and wood complement the open spaces, while strategically placed mirrors reflect the ocean, bringing the beach into the home.
